We carry out our entire ACP panel manufacturing process in a smooth and streamlined manner leveraging state-of-the-art Korean machines and a skilled and enthusiastic workforce. What’s more? Our plant is equipped with all the safety measures and also features a solar power generator which generates 850 Kwh of power and results in smooth ACP sheet production. We also have in-house testing labs that comprise 100 different testing equipment to ensure superior quality production of ACP panels with precise specifications.​

As soon as the raw materials come into the production units, they undergo tests at our labs to get their properties and quality checked. The raw materials of Aluminium Composite Panels are procured only from certified and trusted vendors of the industry. We procure our 3003/ 3105/5000 series alloy aluminium coils from Hindalco co., which is an Aditya Birla limited company. Our raw materials for paints are procured from world’s renowned brands like Nippon Paints, Monopol Colours, Akzonobel, PPG paints to name a few.

We perform quality checks in our ACP sheet manufacturing process, thereby guaranteeing that every aluminium composite panel or ACP board ACP board produced at our factory is top-notch and meets industry standards. We have 12 Million Sq Mtr Production Annually and 12 Production Lines. VIVA is the first ACP company in India to introduce FR Class A2+ ACCP (Aluminium Core corrugated panel). With its best-in-class fire rating to fight fire, fire safety is assured in any circumstances of Fire.

Viva is equipped with 4 colour coating lines and the first in India to achieve this. VIVA uses 70% KYNAR 500 certified PVDF (Fluorinated polyvinyl) paint which conforms to ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) and EN (European Nation) standards. KYNAR 500 is a registered trademark of Arkema Inc. We also use FEVE (Lumiflon) based paint for exterior application and polyester/PET film for textured surfaces of interior architecture. PVDF has anti-aging properties, whereas FEVE is used to achieve extraordinary gloss. When you join your hands with Viva, batch variation or shade variation becomes a thing of the past.
